Goldbar Apricots have a range of health benefits. As being low in calories, a great source of antioxidants, including beta carotene, vitamin A, vitamin E and vitamin C.
Taste
An attractive orange fruit with a red blush, deep orange flesh with good flavour, freestone as well. They taste almost like a cross between a peach and a plum. It's sweet taste is great for fresh eating, jams or baking.
Origin
The Apricot was first cultivated in China in about 3000 BC. In Armenia it was known from ancient times, having been brought along the Silk Road it has been cultivated there so long it is often though to be native there. Its introduction to Greece is attributed to Alexander the Great and the Roman General Lucullus (106-57 B.C.E.) also exported some trees, cherry, white heart cherry and apricot from Armenia to Europe.

First come first serve, any orders that can't be shipped this season will be reserved for next season.
The total weight of each box varies depending on the size, shape, and mass of the fruit:
- Small Box contains up to 10-12 lbs
- Large Box contains up to 20-22 lbs
We ALWAYS recommend ordering a LARGE BOX for the best value, when compared to a Small Box. The large Box will contain more fruit and ultimately a better value.
